Each of us experiences times of hardship, and it is the genuine connections between us that help us thrive in the face of adversity. Over the course of my career, I have witnessed the strength and resilience of those facing almost insurmountable odds, and have been privileged to hear their stories. As a seasoned mental health counselor, I believe in the ability of people to heal when given the opportunity to be heard.
To the therapeutic relationship, I bring years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children facing a wide variety of mental health concerns and life circumstances. I strive to be supportive, honest, and attentive to each of my clients, and provide a safe environment to process their experiences. I also have extensive experience and training working with individuals with acute and chronic thoughts of suicide, as well as working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
