Each of us experiences challenges in our relationships, identities, and personal growth, and it is through authentic, compassionate connection that we are able to navigate those experiences with greater resilience and understanding. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, partners, and relationships through moments of uncertainty, transition, conflict, and healing. I believe people are capable of meaningful growth when they are given space to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
To the therapeutic relationship, I bring years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children across a wide range of mental health concerns and life circumstances. I strive to create a supportive, honest, and affirming environment where clients can explore their experiences, relationships, identities, and emotional needs safely and openly. My practice is inclusive of diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, kink, queer, and other nontraditional relational dynamics. I work collaboratively with clients to foster communication, self-awareness, emotional resilience, and relational health in ways that align with their values and goals.
I also have extensive experience and training supporting individuals experiencing trauma, as well as those living with acute or chronic thoughts of suicide. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that healing can occur within relationships built on trust, authenticity, and care.
